Diamond Estate is a model serviced estate located at Ijere Ibafo axis of the Lagos/Ogun Megacity project of the Federal Government. Ibafo is fast growing residential community opposite Deeper Life Camp on Lagos - Ibadan Expressway. It is free from the ever busy traffic and Ogun State Government acquisition.

Estate Vision

The estate layout has been so well planed into zones based on the type of structure to be built such as

• Bungalows (grouped together)
• Fully detached 1 storey buildings
• Block of 4 flats
• Multi-storey buildings between 3 to 5 storey
  

The essence of zoning is to maintain a healthy flow for the residents with each zone. Plots have been marked out for the following;

• Hospital
• Schools
• Sport / Recreational grounds
• Corner shops
• Filling Station
• Mini Fire Service point
• Hotel
• Security

We have also marked some plots for commercial purposes since residential plots cannot be used for commercial activity. Also carved out are light industrial plots which are meant for small scale industries like bakery, water processing, food & beverage, poultry, nylon production etc.

Finally, at the heart of the estate we have designed plots to be used as a mini market and central business zone as we believe meeting at the middle is fun, more, creative and interactive.

We have not air marked any plot for religious activities, reason for this is to avoid conflict and owning to the fact that some many religious bodies are neighbouring the estate.

In support of our vision in providing real solutions, we are citing 6 borehole points to aid construction, but we shall in conjunction with our partner to provide zoned mini water works to provide water for resident of the estate.
